摘 要: 联合使用瓜尔胶(GRG)与聚合氯化铝(PAC)对用三种不同的水溶性染料制备的模拟废水及实际的工业印染废水进行絮凝脱色处理,研究了溶液体系的酸度、瓜尔胶及聚合氯化铝投加量和沉降时间等因素对脱色率的影响。实验结果表明,联合使用瓜尔胶及聚合氯化铝的效果比分别单独使用两者好;处理染料废水的最佳pH值范围为8~9,最佳沉降时间在4~6h。在优化条件下,絮凝剂对三种染料废水的脱色率可达90%以上,浊度去除率达95%以上,COD去除率达90%;对实际的工业印染废水脱色率为98.8%。 The effectiveness of a treatment system for decolorization of dyeing wastewater was investigated. It was found that a combination of coagulant, PAC and guar gum (GRG) yields an effective treatment for wastewater with almost complete decolorization and removal efficiency of COD above 90%. The color concentration of dye solution was measured by visible spectrophotometry, with the study of parameters such as effect of pH, coagulant, coagulant aid dosage and settlement time. The optimum pH value and settlement time was found to be 8-9 and 4-6 hours, and removal efficiency of turbidity up to 95%.
