德庆不同产地贡柑果实品质差异的初步分析

摘  要: 对德庆县不同生产果园的贡柑果实品质进行了比较分析,主要从可溶性固形物、含糖量、含酸量和维生素C含量等12个外观和内在品质指标做了评价。结果表明,不同生产果园的贡柑果实品质差异大。运用了合理-满意度和多维价值理论对其进行综合分析,该方法能够客观地反映贡柑的果实品质。 Comparative analysis was carried out on fruit quality of Gonggan(Citrus reticulata Blanco var. gonggan) from different orchards in Deqing county of Guangdong Province. External and internal quality was evaluated by comparision of 12 characteristic values including soluble solid content, sugar and acid content, Vc content etc. Results showed that there were big differences in fruit quality among different orchards. The conclusion was made by using "reasonableness and satisfaction index" and multi-value theory. The method revealed the fruit quality of Gonggan objectively.
