摘　　要： 探讨和介绍在药学本科生课外科研活动的实施过程与效果,并指出开展课外科研活动是一种培养创新型药学人才的有效模式。 To investigate and introduce the processes and effects of extracurricular activity of scientific research in under graduate students, The paper pointed that launching extracurricular activity of scientific research was an effective model for cultivation of new pattern talented men of pharmacy.
