摘　　要： ERP项目管理的动态评价方法在ERP项目实施中起着重要作用,在建立了ERP项目管理动态评价的关键匹配指标中,分析得出组织匹配度包括人员匹配度、流程匹配度和数据匹配度是影响ERP项目成功与否的关键变量,建立了实现ERP项目管理动态评价的模型步骤。针对一个实例,开发了一个评价软件系统来实现所提出方法对ERP项目管理的应用。 This paper presents a method of dynamic evaluation for EBP program management. First, the concept of dynamic evaluation system is intro- duced, and analyzes its importance in ERP implementation. And then presents the key fit index of dynamic evaluation. The organization fit, which includes the user fit, process fit and data fit, is the key variable influencing the success of ERP implementation. Finally introduces the procedure of setting up a mod-el of dynamic evaluation for ERP program managanent, and designs evaluation software for an example to illustrate the dynamic evaluation method.
