摘　　要： 在总结前人研究成果的基础上,试图从利益相关者视角对现有企业创新管理模式进行评述,并以杭州新中大软件股份有限公司为例,从利益相关者权力和利益两个角度探讨创新管理模式,最后提出基于利益相关者的分类管理策略。 This paper summarizes the studies of predecessors. From the angle of stakeholders, we attempt to carry on commentary of the existing enterprises＇ innovation management modes. And we take NEWGRAND Software Co. , Ltd as an example and innovative management mode is discussed from two latitudes just as rights and interests of stakeholders in technological innovation. Finally, stakeholders are classified and we put forward the corresponding strategies of classified management.
