摘　　要： 为了研究制造网格系统中的服务的生存态和生命周期,定义了制造网格服务和制造服务域,分析了制造服务域在制造网格环境中的三种生存态,提出了基于项目的制造网格服务响应流程,分析了响应过程中所需的基础设施建设条目,提出了以项目为基本运营模式的制造网格系统架构。以某模具的制造过程为实例对制造网格服务响应流程进行了应用说明。 Targeting the current problems in large scale information sharing and collaboration among the manufacturing cells in manufacturing grid environment, those vital conceptions in manufacturing grid including manufacturing grid service and manufacturing grid domain were put forward and defined in detail, which aimed to describe the manufacturing resource. Then, the ＂request and response＂ mechanism based on web--service was studied, and relative establishment was analyzed and showed by table--format, and the corresponding framework of manufacturing grid system was configured. Finally,a Mould Manufacturing Grid system and a use case were introduced to illustrate the application of the response flow of manufacturing grid service based on project management.
