摘 要: 分别采用两种不同功函数的电子注入电极铝(Al)和钙(Ca),构造出了在正常光照下发光可见的单层聚对苯乙炔(PPV)的电致发光器件.发现电极材料的不同使发射光谱产生明显差异,主要表现在550nm的发射峰与510nm发射峰强度的比值不同.通过电致发光(EL)与光致发光(PL)过程的比较,分析了产生这种显著差异的原因. A single layer structure electroluminescence devices based on poly( p phenylene vinylene) with two kinds of electron injection electrodes of aluminum and calcium were fabricated, of which electroluminescence emission can be observed in normal lit room. An interesting experiment phenomenon was observed. EL spectrum band depends on metal electrode. The ratio of intensity of the peak at 550 nm to that of the peak at 510 nm is changed as a work function of metal electrode. The reason to the different ratio was analyzed as compared the precesses of electroluminescence with photoluminescence. It is more clear of physical processes of the linear relationship of current density and brightness by an analysis in mathematics.
