摘　　要： 克拉玛依南郊污水处理厂采用Orbal氧化沟工艺处理城市生活污水。一年多的稳定运行数据表明,Orbal氧化沟对城市污水具有很好的处理效果,但同时也发现了一些问题,如外沟DO过高时二沉池反硝化、二沉池出水SS偏高、氧化沟底部积泥等,这对今后改进设计及优化运行具有参考价值。 The Orbal oxidation ditch process is used to treat the municipal wastewater in Nanjiao Wastewater Treatment Plant of Karamay. The stable operation data for more than one year show that the Orbal process has an effective treatment of municipal wastewater. But there exist some problems, such as, denitrification phenomenon in the secondary sedimentation tank during too high DO in the outer ditch, too high SS in the effluent, and sludge deposit at the ditch bottom, which has a reference for the future design modification and optimized operation.
