摘　　要： 多丽丝·莱辛是当代英国最著名的作家之一。当女性主义者还在为女性的不公正待遇向男人讨伐时,她已经超越了这种局限,创造了个性鲜明的角色,从而在文学作品中打破了性别刻板印象,女性要独立自主,男性也要卸下重负。她反对敌视男性,主张男女共同努力追求一种和谐关系。 Doris Lessing （1919-） is one of the most famous writers in Britain. Her works are varied in style and field. This paper mainly analyses Lessing＇s foresight on gender mode. When the feminists are fighting for the unequaleness of women, Lessing has overstepped it. She has broken the gender stereotype and advocates that women want to be independent and to be their own master while men want to lay down some responsibility. Lessing opposes hating men and she stands for cooperation of men and women to build the equal society.
