摘　　要： 建筑部品绿色度评价是绿色建筑评价的基础,通过建筑部品绿色度评价,架起了从建筑材料到建筑物绿色度评价的桥梁,使得绿色建筑的评价更加科学、合理.应用PERT技术的三点估计充分考虑了专家意见的波动性;应用信息扩散和仿真技术,有效地弥补了数据样本的不完备性;通过建立绿色度效用函数,使建筑部品的评价在一定程度上摆脱了专家主观性的影响,保证了评价结果的客观公正. The green chromaticity appraisal of the building department is the foundation of the green construction appraisal. Through green chromaticity appraisal of the building department, the bridge from the building material to the building green chromaticity appraisal is built, making the green building appraisal more scientific and reasonable. The three estimates of the PERT technology considers the undulatory property of experts＇ advice fully. The application of information proliferation and the simulation technology compensates the incompleteness of the sample data. Through the establishment of the green chromaticity utility function,the building department appraisal helps get rid of expert＇s subjective influence to some extent, and guarantee the appraisal result to be fairly objective.
