乙酸钠浓度对反硝化聚磷效果的影响试验研究

摘  要: 试验采用SBR反应器,以厌氧/缺氧方式运行时,投加不同浓度乙酸钠,观察其对反硝化聚磷效果的影响.试验结果表明∶乙酸钠为碳源,C/P比为30时,释磷量最大,且聚磷量/释磷量为1.58,高于其他C/P比,反硝化聚磷率达89%,脱氮率高达98%;C/P大于30或小于30,其反硝化聚磷效果均有所下降,最佳去除比例为ΔCOD∶ΔNO3∶ΔPO4=1∶0.18∶0.22(gCOD∶gN∶gPO4);C/P比小于40时,缺氧段反硝化速率大致相同,而C/P比越小,反硝化聚磷速率越大,但较低的碳源浓度易引起反硝化聚磷污泥的膨胀解体. By controlling the concentration of acetate sodium(NaAC), the effect of acetate sodium on denitrifying phosphorus removal was studied in a laboratory SBR under the anaerobic/anoxic condition. The experimental results demonstrated that the max. of phosphorus released appeared at a C/P ratio of 30,which indicated an optimum C/P ratio. In addition, the amount ratio of phosphorus uptake to what is released was 1.58. The removal efficiency of phosphorus by denitrification was up to more than 89% ,with the removal efficiency of nitrate above 98%. Removal ratio of COD to NO3- N to PO4^3- should be 1:0.18 , 0. 22 (gCOD:gN:gP). When the ratio of C/P was lower than 30, the denitrifying rates approximately have the equal value, and the lower the rate of C/P, the faster the rates of DNPA. Nevertheless, low acetate sodium concentration was apt to cause sludge bulking and decomposing.
