摘　　要： 通过对珠三角城乡30所各级学校体育设施及开放情况的调查,得知城镇学校体育设施投资大,档次高,场馆完备,但开放不足,越昂贵的体育场馆开放率越低.乡村小学只有经济型体育场地,开放充分.并分析不愿完成开放体育设施的苦衷和只对外开放少部分较高收费场馆的原因.建议修建学校体育设施应以经济实用型为主,完全向学生开放.同时完善学生保险,让学校从索赔恐惧中解脱出来,指导学生充分使用体育设施锻炼身体.政府应设立专项基金,鼓励和补贴对社会开放体育设施的学校,弥补公共体育设施的不足. Through investigating the sport equipment of the school and its situation of the opening up in town and country of zhujiang delta, I found out that sport equipment of the school in town and country have a large investment, great class, and the perfect gym, hut the opening up is not enough. And the gym is more expensive, the lever of the opening up is lower. The school of the countryside just have economical sport equipment, but the level of opening up is enough. Viewing the reason why 70% the school don, t want opening up completely and the 30% schools opening up few expensive gym. I suggest to build economical and practical sport equipment and opening up to students completely at the same time to make the student to have sufficient insurance, it will let the school reassurance, and student can use the sport equipment completely to exercise. The government should set up a special foundation, encourage and make up for the school which opening up their sport equipment to the citizens, and make up the shortage of the social sport equipment.
