摘 要: 1日龄肉用AA雏鸡马立克氏病强毒(vMDV)人工感染后,马立克氏病(MD)发病率62%、死亡率34%,脾脏、胸腺、法氏囊、心脏、肝脏、肾脏及性腺超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性与健康对照雏鸡相比,T-SOD和Mn-SOD活性均显著降低(P<0.05),而Cu,Zn-SOD活性无显著变化(P>0.05)、而vMDV感染后注射黄芪多糖或香菇多糖,MD发病率40%或55%、死亡率13%或21%,上述各器官T-SOD和Mn-SOD活性均显著高于vMDV感染雏鸡且显著低于健康对照雏鸡,Cu,Zn-SOD活性无显著变化。结果表明,雏鸡vMDV感染初期注射香菇多糖效果较好,感染中后期黄芪多糖效果更佳。 The Marek′s disease (MD) morbidity was 62%, MD mortality was 34%, and the activities of T-SOD and Mn-SOD in liver, kidney, heart, spleen, bursa of fabricius, sexual gland and thymus were significantly decreased (p<0 05), but the activuty of Cu, Zn-SOD didn′t significantly change (P>0 05) in the chicks infected with vMDV in contrast to the chicks of control group The MD morbidity was 40% or 55%, MD mortality 13% or 21%, and the activities of TSOD and Mn SOD in the fromer organs were significant higher than that of the chicks infected with vMDV and lower than that of the control group (P<0 05), but the activity of Cu,Zn-SOD didn′t significantly change (P>0 05) in the chicks both infected with vMDVand injected with Astraglan or Lentinan
