摘 要: 低压铸造、差压铸造及调压铸造等反重力铸造装备技术已在实际生产中得到广泛应用,但多数此类设备功能单一,无法在同一台设备上实现多种功能。本文作者通过对设备主体、多功能气路控制系统、电控系统的结构设计,以及高性能数字式组合阀及相关控制软件等关键技术的研发,完成了低压铸造、差压铸造及调压铸造一体化反重力铸造装备技术的研究。生产实践证明,该装备技术不仅可满足多元化铸件产品的研制与生产,且具有压差控制精度高、操作安全可靠等特点。 Counter gravity casting equipments (CGCE), such as low pressure casting (LPC), counter pressure casting (CPC) and adjusted pressure casting (APC) equipments, have been extensive used in practice. However, the most equipments have the single function. In the paper, the technology of multi-function counter gravity casting equipment (MCGCE) is developed, which can perform LPC, CPC, APC. Some key technologies, such as, structure design of the main part of equipment, multifunction pneumatic control system, electric control system, and development of high performance digital assembled valve and control software have been studied. The practice application proved that the MCGCE not only meets the needs of multi-production and research in different casting type, but also has the advantages, such as high pressure control precision and safe operation.
