摘 要: 葵花籽油中亚油酸含量丰富,为制备共轭亚油酸的优良原料。本文采用尿素包合法自葵花籽油脂肪酸中分离纯化亚油酸,分析研究包合温度和时间、脂肪酸/尿素/甲醇比(W/W/V)等条件对亚油酸得率和纯度的影响。结果表明:葵花籽油脂肪酸中亚油酸含量为63.92%;最佳分离纯化工艺条件为:包合温度-5℃、包合时间24 h、脂肪酸/尿素/甲醇比(W/W/V)1:1:5。纯化后亚油酸得率为71.14%、产品纯度为92.12%。 The sunflower oil contain high content of linoleic acid which is a good material as isomer to be translated into conjugated linoleic acid. The separation and purification of linoleic acid from sunflower oil via urea adduction fractionation was studied. The best effect factors in urea adduction process, including adduction time and tempera- ture, ratio of FA, urea and methanol (W/W/V) were analyzed. The results indicated that 63.92% linoleic acid was contained in sunflower oil. The results showed that when the ratio of fatty acids/urea/methanol was 1 : 1 : 5 ( W/ W/V) and after storage of 24 h at -5 ℃, the best result was aquired : the yield of linoleic acid is 71.14% and the purity of linoleic acid is 92.12% .
