摘　　要： 美国是企业职业化管理的先驱和典型代表,英国企业管理在较长的历史时期里固守家族控制传统。美、英企业管理制度差异导致企业规模和国际竞争力差距,并进一步导致综合国力此消彼长。 America is the forerunner and typical representative ot＂ the enterprise professional management, British enterprise management clings to the traditional family control in a long history period, The differences between the America and British enterprises management system result in that of enterprise scale and international competitiveness, and finally the changes of comprehensive national strength.
