摘 要: 旅行社虽然是我国改革开放的窗口,但其管理理念与管理技术,尤其是绩效管理的理念和技术却相对滞后。本文从我国旅行社绩效考核指标分解入手,强调旅行社流程和组织的改善是绩效考核指标分解的先决条件,建立科学的绩效考核指标体系必须首先构建以流程为导向的矩阵结构组织。本文同时主张将"平衡记分卡"、"职称管理制度"与"三层次绩效考核指标体系"引入绩效考核指标分解中。 Tourism agency is always deemed as a window during the Reform and Opening Process, but its management notion and technology, especially those of Performance-assessing management, are comparatively laggard. This article sets on the analysis of Performance-assessing indicator management for the tourism agency, emphasizing that its priority should be put on BPR (Business Process Restructuring) and OR (Organization Restructuring). Moreover the paper proposes to construct a tri-level performance-assessing indices system, use BSC (Balanced Score Card) and professional management theory into Performance-assessing indicator management.
