摘 要: 为得到适合不同试验的高纯度紫菜DNA,对紫菜叶状体DNA的3种提取方法进行了分析比较.结果显示:酶解法提取的DNA样品质量最高,但要求样品量较多;改良的CTAB法提取的DNA样品多糖含量少,完全可以满足通常的遗传操作的需要,且需要样品量较少;常规的CTAB法提取效果最差. In order to obtain Porphyra DNA with high-purity for different experiments, three DNA extraction methods from the leafy thaUi of Porphyra are compared. Results showed that DNA extracted with enzymatic isolation is best among the three methods, but more materials are needed. DNA extracted with improved CTAB is good with lesser polysaccharide, which is suited for normal genetic works, lesser materials are also needed. The routine CTAB gives the worst results among the three methods.
