摘　　要： 对气相法生长的Ｃ６０单晶和薄膜、液相法生长的Ｃ６０单晶、Ｃ６０与Ｓ的化合物单晶的光热偏转谱（ＰＤＳ）进行了研究，并与非晶半导体的ＰＤＳ进行了比较．用Ｔａｕｃ公式确定了各种样品的光学带隙．计算了Ｕｒｂａｃｈ吸收边． Abstract We have measured the photothermal deflection spectra (PDS) of C 60 single crystals grown from gas and liquid phase and the thin films prepared by sublimation method.And the PDS of C 60 S 16 crystals were also measured.The measurements were compared with that of amorphous semiconductors. For these samples,the optical energy gaps, E opt ,were obtained by using the Tauc′s plots,and the Urbach edges were calculated.The weak absorption properties of these C 60 solids were discussed.
