摘　　要： 现代社会总会或多或少地爆发各种危机,危机在考验着各级政府的危机管理能力,文章通过对政府危机管理的工作原则进行解读,揭示了各项工作原则的含义、意义、贯彻落实的存在问题和措施。正确地把握这些工作原则的基本价值观念和基本工作规范,对提高政府的危机管理水平有着重大的意义。 In modern society, there are anyhow various kinds of crisis, which test the ability of control of governments at all levels. Through the analysis of principles of governmental control of crisis, the study reveals the content, the meaning of each principle, and the problem and the measures when to carry through such principles. It is significant to raise the level of governmental control of crisis if the basic values and standards can be understood exactly.
