摘 要: 1943年,邹鲁提出抗日战争胜利后中国应实行普及教育制度,设计出普及教育的程序,阐述了具体的办学方案,并从经费、设备和师资三个方面,论证了实行普及教育的可行性,提出了一些切实可行的措施。本文分析了邹鲁普及教育思想形成和演变过程,探讨了他普及教育思想的具体内容,得出他普及教育思想的创造性、超越性、矛盾性和脱离现实性的特点。 In 1943, Zoulu put forward a proposal that China should practice the universal education system after the war against Japan, designed a procedure of universal education, elaborated a concrete project,illustrated the feasibility of conducting universal education from three aspects:the budget, equipments and teachers, and put forward some workable measures. The text analyzes the formation and development of Zoulu's universal education thought, and the concrete contents. Finally,it discusses the characferistics of the thought :creativity,transcendence,contridicfion and divorce from the veality.
