摘　　要： 实验对两种药物合剂保定山羊的效果进行了观察。7只山羊按照0.02mL·kg^(-1)BW剂量分别肌注MD合剂和鹿眠宝,比较镇静、镇痛、肌松效果,并应用Datex循环监护仪监测血氧饱和度(SpO_2)、心率(HR)和呼吸频率(RR)。结果表明,MD合剂应用于山羊时,镇静、镇痛、肌松效果确实,但是消退更加快速;保定过程中对血氧饱和度、心率影响较小,应用更为安全。鹿眠宝诱导时间较短,MD合剂复苏则更为迅速。 This study was designed to evaluate immobilization effects of 2 combinations in goats. Seven goats received 0.02 mL·kg^-1 BW Lumianbao and MD combination, respectively. Effects of sedation, analgesia and muscle relaxation were compared. Meanwhile, oxyhemoglobin saturation （SpO2）, heart rate （HR） and respiratory rate （RR） were monitored with Datex Circulation Monitor. The results showed that reductions of effects of sedation, analgesia and muscle relaxation were significantly faster and influences on SpO2 and HR were raletively slighter in goats with MD combination. Induction was significantly faster with Lumianbao. Recorvery was significantly faster with MD combination. In conclusion, MD combination is safer for goat.
