摘　　要： 本文对深圳市事业单位人事分配制度改革的主要内容和创新进行了阐释和分析,并对高校人事分配制度改革的几个重要问题进行了分析和思考,以期对高校深化人事分配制度改革有所启示。 This article analyzes the main content and innovation of the personnel system reformation in Shenzhen＇s enterprises and probes into several key issues of the personnel system reformation in colleges and universities. It intends to facilitate the deepening of the personnel system reformation in colleges and universities.
