摘 要: 本文在描述新产品开发基本流程基础上,依据"阶-门"模型设计思想,设计了一种新产品开发网络集成模型。该模型通过顾客交互、研发流程和数据集合三层体系结构不仅体现了对现代计算机、通信网络及数据库前沿技术的应用,而且是对"以顾客为中心"的现代市场化经营理念和新产品开发各种资源的综合利用。该模型能够进一步改善研发流程,并有效地缩短新产品开发周期。 Based on the basic process of new product development and the thought of the "stage - gate", a new network integrated model for new product development is designed. Structured by the three tiers of interaction with customers, development process, and databases set, this model not only takes on the application of the modern technology of computer, telecommunication network and database, but also reflects the ideal of centring on the customers, and the comprehensive utilization of the resources for new product development. This model can improve the process of new product development and shrink the cycle of new product development.
