摘 要: 机械泵驱动环路式热管冷却系统是近年来空间散热的研究热点,其工作点的温度控制,特别是对降温速率的控制一直是一项技术难题。新型的设计结构将系统回路同半导体制冷片有机结合,既可以保证热端热量即时释放,又能对储液器有效冷却。通过验证,该方法切实可行且效率较高。 In order to provide a robust solution for higher heat load or heat flux density, tight temperature control, broad heat transport capacity and flexibility, researchers pay more attention to mechanical pumped loop heat pipe (MPLHP) for many years. It is important for the MPLHP system to find a effective way to control evaporate temperature. The temperature structure of the cooling loop system combining with a semiconductor Pehier cooler was investigated semiconductor can be released in time, and the temperature control and tested. By this way, cooling effect from cold the heat from the cold side of side is available to evaporate temperature control.
