摘 要: 采用化学成分、显微组织、裂纹及断口特征等方法对余热锅炉热交换管破裂原因进行了分析。结果表明,热交换管破裂是烟道气流对管道的腐蚀和冲蚀磨损的结果。建议采用具有抗蚀能力的高温材料并控制烟道气硫和氧的含量。 In this paper, the failure reason of the pipes transporting boiler's surplus heat are analyzed. After a comprehensive study on chemical composition, microsturcture, fractures and cracks, the results show that the fractures oceured under the effects of combined freting and erosion of the airflow from the flue, it is suggested to use steel with high temperature strength and high anti-erosion, at the same time, strictly controlling the content of sulfur and oxygen in the flue is necessary.
