摘　　要： 香港与内地之间的相互金融活动和直接投资一直非常频繁,不仅促进了内地经济的发展,而且对香港经济的繁荣和保持其金融中心地位帮助极大。"九七"香港回归后,两地在金融与投资方面的合作领域将更为广阔。特别是在扩大直接投资、银行融资、证券市场以及内地金融业的国际化方面,将有更多具体的合作事项;同时,两地金融业应建立经常性联系组织,进一步加强两地金融业务的协调与合作。 Reciprocal financial activities and direct investment between Hong Kong and the inland have been very much frequent. This not only accelerates the development of the inland economy,but also helps Hong Kong to be prosperious economically and to keep its position as a financial centre globally.After Hong Kong's return in'97,the sphere of cooperation in finance and investment between these two places will have broader prospects;especially in expanding direct investment,bank fi- nancing,stock market and internationalization of financial industry,there will appear more concrete cooperation programs. Meanwhile financial industries of both region should establish organizations to keep in regular touch so that coordination and cooperation of financial business of both sides could be further enhanced.
