摘　　要： 提出了自动化纸箱包装机的设计方案,将光、机、电和气动技术引入包装机械,进行了包装机主体机械系统、驱动控制系统硬件和软件的的设计,应用了多电机同步伺服技术、光电检测技术、触摸屏操作和快速成型技术,使包装纸箱的生产实现了智能自动化。 The design scheme of automatic carton packaging machine was brought forward in this paper,which introduced such technologies as light,mechanism,electronics and pneumatics into packaging machine.And,the hardware and software of main mechanical and control driven system were developed by applying multi-motor synchronizing servo technology,light electric detection technology,touch screen operation and rapid prototyping technology,which can realize the intelligent automation of carton packaging production.
