摘　　要： 有价证券诈骗罪是一种常见的金融诈骗犯罪。本文针对有价证券诈骗罪的犯罪对象及使用行为中的几个疑难问题予以探讨,为在司法实践中准确适用本罪提供理论依据。 The crime of fraud against portfolio is a kind of familiar financial frauding crime. This paper aims at the crime objects and the actions of the crime, which provides accurate theories to apply the offense in judicial practice.
