摘 要: 以香蕉品种巴西的试管苗不定芽为试材,利用正交试验设计方法进行了生根培养基优化试验,结果表明:6-BA对生根率、根长、根数、假茎粗的影响最大;NAA和KT对假茎高、苗高的影响最大;0.2 mg·L^-16-BA有利于提高生根率,增加假茎粗,降低假茎高与苗高,不加6-BA、KT有利于增加根长,但不利于增加根数;0.2 mg·L^-1NAA有利于增加假茎高和苗高,0.4 mg·L^-1NAA可增加假茎粗;0.1 mg·L^-1KT可增加假茎粗,不加KT则有利于增加假茎高与苗高。提出生根培养基的理论优化配方NAA 0.2-0.4 mg·L^-1+IBA 1.5 mg·L^-1+6-BA0.2 mg·L^-1+KT 0.1 mg·L^-1 . Adventitious buds of tube plantlet of Banana cultivar ‘Brazil’was used to optimize culture medium for rooting by orthogonal experiment design method. The results showed that the 6 - BA mainly affected rooting ratio, root length, root number and pseudo - stem diameter; and the NAA and the KT mainly affected the height of pseudo - stem and seedling; 0. 2 mg·L^-1 6 - BA could improve rooting ratio,pseudo - stem diameter, and decrease height of pseudo - stem and seedling. Root length increased and root number decreased when the 6 - BA mad the KT were not in the medium. 0. 2 mg·L^-1 NAA helped to increase height of pseudo - stem and seedling, 0. 4 mg·L^-1 NAA could increase pseudo - stem diameter; 0. 1 mg·L^-1 KT could increase pseudo - stem diameter. Pseudo - stem and seedling height increased when the KT was not in medium. The optimized culture medium was NAA 0. 2 - 0. 4 mg·L^-1 + IBA 1.5 mg·L^-1 +6 -BA0.2 mg·L^-1 +KT0. 1mg·L^-1.
