摘 要: LNG冷能的利用不仅要看其能量回收的多少,更重要的是在经济合理的前提下实现能量的梯级利用。为此以LNG冷能的梯级利用为目标,设计了LNG冷能用于冷库制冷的工艺流程,提出利用一股冷媒与LNG换冷以减少冷媒系统的投资费用和传输过程的冷能损失,通过压力调节控制冷媒的蒸发温度,使其为不同用途的冷库提供相应温位的冷能。筛选工艺中的冷媒,计算冷库的耗冷量,并以总容量为1.5×104t的冷库为例进行具体计算,模拟出冷库利用LNG冷能的工艺流程。总结了LNG冷能用于冷库技术的发展优势,提出LNG冷能集成利用的发展方向。 Compared with the quantity, the quality of cryogenic energy from LNG (liquefied natural gas) seems meaningful in energy recovery system. As for the purpose of cascading use of LNG cryogenic energy, a technological process of LNG cryogenic energy used for cold storage refrigerating was designed. This process, in which a stream of coolant was used to exchange cold with LNG to reduce the investment fee for coolant system and the cryogenic energy loss during the transmission, can provide the corresponding temperature-level cryogenic energy for different-purposed cold storages through controlling the vaporizing temperature by pressure adjustment. This paper simulated this technological process by selecting the coolant for technical use, calculating the quantity of consuming cryogenic energy, and taking a cold storage with capacity of 15 thousand tons as an example. It summarizes this technology and its developing advantages at present, and points out its developing direction for the integrated use of LNG cryogenic energy in the future.
