摘　　要： 高校信息工作正日益成为影响领导决策的重要因素。高校信息工作的水平直接影响着信息的质量及其功能的有效发挥。建立健全高校信息工作运行机制,这既是高校信息工作面对现实需要解决的问题,也是高校信息工作谋求自身发展的内在需要。 Information work in universities is increasingly becoming a predominant factor in affecting leaders＇ deci-sion and the standard of the work directly influences on the quality and function of information. Therefore, the construc-tion and completion of its running mechanism is not only a practical problem that information work in universities has to confront but also is the necessity of its inherent development.
