摘　　要： 智能建筑以建筑为平台,集通信自动化、办公自动化、建筑电气自动化等系统为一体,通过现代建筑技术、计算机通信及控制技术共同实现,是信息技术发展的产物。详细剖析了智能建筑的系统结构特点,具体介绍了楼宇自动化系统、办公自动化系统、结构化综合布线系统、安保自动化系统,目的是推动我国智能建筑的普及与发展。 The intelligent building is resulting from the development of information technology, which makes buildings as platform,covering communication automation system,office automation system, building electric automation system. It is implemented through modem architecture, computer communication and control technology. The system frame features of intelligent building were analyzed in detail. The building automation system, office automation system, structure premises distribution system and security automation system were introduced concretely to promote the development and upgrade of intelligent building in China.
