摘　　要： 采用问卷法、个别询问等对粤西地区各主要高校大学生进行调查。用中国营养学会制订的膳食营养参考摄入量和平衡膳食宝塔及中国居民膳食指南进行比较分析,并采用Microsoft Excel软件进行数据处理分析。对粤西地区男女大学生的饮食习惯、膳食结构、营养性疾病等进行分析,针对其膳食结构提出建议。 A survey was conducted in the form of questionnaire and individual inquiry among college students in the western part of Guangdong province to investigate their nutrients and health. Results were analyzed with comparisons to The Dietary Reference Intake （DRIS） , The Balance Dietary Pagoda and Dietary Guidelines drawn by the Chinese Nutrition society （CNS） . The data was processed and analyzed by Microsoft Excel. The purpose of the investigation is to analyze the eating habits, dietary configuration and nutritional diseases of boy and girl students in colleges in the western part of Guangdong province and to provide suggestions for college students＇ diet.
