摘 要: 建立了HPLC检测蜂胶中盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍和格列本脲的方法,用二极管阵列uv-vis检测器检测,采用柱Diamonsil C18柱,200mm×4.6mm,5μm,流动相:乙腈-0.3%乙酸水溶液(60∶40);流速:0.5mL/min;柱温:20℃;检测波长分别为233nm和274nm。采用出峰时间和紫外光谱图进行定性判定蜂胶中是否含盐酸二甲双胍、盐酸苯乙双胍和格列本脲。 A HPLC method for determination of mefformin hydrochloride, phenformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide in propolis was established. The diode array uv-vis detector was used. A Diamonsil C18 column was used with the mobile phase of acetomitrile-0.3 % acetic acid(60:40).The flow rate was 0.5 mL/min. The temprature of column is 20 ~C.The detective wavelengths were 236.3 nm, 236.4 nm and 301.1 nm.According to the time of peak and UV-spectrogram,whether mefformin hydrochloride, phenformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide are conmined in propolis.
