摘 要: 应用抗球虫添加剂球痢灵和抗生素促生长添加剂金霉素,并设空白对照组,对一批可能隐性感染鸡球虫的艾维茵肉鸡进行了50d对比饲喂试验,以检测球痢灵的抗球虫促生长效果。在整个试验期间,与空白组比较,球痢灵、金霉素组肉鸡死亡率分别降低3.96%和2.08%;日增重分别提高9.45%和6.96%;饲料重/增重分别降低10.57%和5.69%。球痢灵组的三项指标均显著超过金霉素。从而证明:球痢灵和金霉素均能降低肉鸡死亡率,提高增重和饲料转化率,尤其以球痢灵的效果更佳。建议在可能发生鸡球虫病的鸡场推广使用125mg·kg-1球痢灵作为促生长饲料添加剂。 A contrasting feeding experiment persisting 50 days was conducted with Aiveying broilers of suspicious recessive infected by coccidia to observe the effect of Zoalene and Chlortetracycline on survival, weight gain and feed conversion of broilers. The experimental broilers were divided randomly into three groups. Group Ⅰ was given feed containing 125 mg·kg -1 Zoalene; group Ⅱ 35 mg·kg -1 Chlortetracycline and group Ⅲ was control. During the whole experiment period, compared with the control group, mortality of the group Zoalene and the Chlortetracycline group were decreased by 3.96% and 2.08% respectively, daily weight gains were increased by 9.45%(P<0.05) and 6.96% respectively, feed conversion were improved by 10.57%(P<0.01) and 5.69% respectively. The three indexes of the Group Zoalene remarkably surpassed Chlortetracycline group. The results of the experiment indicated that Zoalene used as feed medicated additives for broilers of recessive infected by coccidia can decreased mortality and increased weight gain, feed conversion of broilers. It was suggested that 125 mg·kg -1 Zoalene can be used as the growth promoting additive of broilers which is possible to take place coccidiosis.
