酚醛环氧/双酚A二(二苯基)磷酸酯/有机蒙脱土阻燃ABS Ⅱ.偶联剂和硼酸锌对阻燃ABS性能的影响

摘  要: 将硼酸锌和偶联剂添加到以酚醛环氧树脂(NE)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合物与双酚A二(二苯基)磷酸酯(BDP)阻燃ABS体系中制备了无卤阻燃ABS。研究发现添加偶联剂KH560的阻燃ABS的氧指数和冲击强度都比添加KH550的高。KH560质量分数为0.5%时对阻燃体系有一定的协同效应,提高了体系的氧指数。硼酸锌在一定范围内对NE/OMMT-BDP阻燃ABS体系也有协同效直,随着其用量增加,氧指数先增大后减少;增加硼酸锌用量使冲击强度明显下降,而拉伸强度则是先升后降,在其质量分数为3%时,拉伸强度达到最高。 Halogen-free flame retardant ABS was prepared from novolac epoxy (NE), NE/organophilic montmorillonite (OMMT), bisphenol A bis (diphenyl phosphate) (BDP), coupling agent and zinc borate (ZB) .The results showed the LOI and impact strength of the flame retardant ABS added with coupling agent KH-560 were higher than those of the flame retardant ABS added with coupling agent KH-550; when the mass fraction of KH-560 was 0.5%, KH-560 had synergistic effect on the flame retardancy of the ABS, resulted in improving the LOI of the ABS; within a certain range, zinc borate (ZB) had synergistic effect on the ABS, too; the LOI of the ABS increased first, and thendecreased with the increase of the content of ZB ; the increase of the content of ZB made the impact strength of the ABS decreased obviously, while the tensile strength of the ABS increased first, and then decreased, and when the mass fraction of ZB was 3 %, the tensile strength came up to be the highest.
