摘　　要： 本文将海南原始农业发展划分为“刀耕火种”、“锄耕”和“犁牛耕”三个阶段,探讨古代族群为什么要选择如此生产、生活方式,分析热带海岛型原始农业发展变化的规律和特点及由此而涉及的海南历史人口迁徙分布问题。 This article separates the development of primitive agriculture in Hainan province into three periods, they are slash - and - burn farming, hoe farming and plough farming. It aims at exploring why the ancient groups chose this kind of produce style and the development of tropical island＇s primitive agriculture. The author also gives some opinions about the distribution of Hainan province＇s historical population in the process of the migration.
