摘 要: 利用C语言开发了一套半自动的网格法计算机识别系统.将金相图像输入计算机并进行消噪处理和二值化处理,然后将二值图像显示在计算机屏幕上并由计算机形成一定大小的网格铺放在所测图像上面,利用鼠标器在网格结点上打点,并由计算机计量各种组织所占的点数,同时自动计算出各组织的百分含量.结果表明,其性能完全满足定量金相的要求. A recognition grid on computer using C-program language is developed in the paper. We first introduce the basic image smoothing , filtering and binarization, then we show the binarization image on computer and the computer will produce the grid on the binarization image. We can point on the grid using mouse and the computer will count the points of metallurgical microstructure, automatically give the percent content of metallurgical microstructure. The results prove that this system satisfy the requirement of quantitative metallography.
