乙二醇焦油对硅铝炭黑填充的丁苯橡胶流变性能的影响及软化效果评估

摘  要: 研究了添加具有软化及硫化活化作用的乙二醇焦油(简称GTO)的硅铝炭黑(简称SAC)混炼胶的流变性能。结果发现,加GTO的SBR-SAC混炼胶与加液、固体古马隆一样表现出假塑性流体的流动特征,在所测试的切变速率(γ_W)范围内,流动指数n<0.6。分别加有液体古马隆和GTO胶料的n值相差不大,皆随γ_W的升高n值下降。GTO的软化效果优于液体古马隆。GTO混炼胶的b型膨胀比(B)略小于其它两软化剂胶料,挤出物表观并无明显差异。因此GTO作为橡胶的软化剂是可行的。 本次试验采用PC-1500计算机处理数据,相对所研究体系,得到一估算表观粘度η_a的数学模型,继而发现GTO的软化系数大于液体古马隆树脂。 The rheological properties of SAC (Silica-Alumina Carbon Black) -SBR compounds filled with Glycol Tar Oil (abbr.: GTO) which possesses the activation of sulfur vulcanization and the good softening plastication were studied. It was found that the Theological properties of the SAC-SBR-GTO and SAC-SBR-liquid or solid coumarone resin compounds were much the same showing pseudoplastic feature with n 0.6 at extrusion temperature 90℃,100℃ and within the shear rate ranges studied. The die swell of SAC-GTO compounds was less than that of SAC-liquid coumarone resin compounds. The softening effect of GTO is better than that of liquid coumarone resin. There was no obvious difference between the appearance of extrudates of two compounds. Thus, it's feasible that GTO is used as the softener for rubber processing.The data were calculated by PC-1500 computer. The mathematical model which was used as estimating apparent viscosity (η ) had been obtained for the system studied. Therefore, the softening coefficient of GTO was bigger than that of liquid coumarone resin.
