摘 要: 以经济监测预警理论为基础,采用指数预警方法,初步建立了广东省房地产市场的预警系统,并利用2002年-2003年的数据进行实证分析,以建立科学可行的房地产市场预警预报体系,从而促进房地产经济的持续良好运行。 Based on the theory of economic early-warning and adopting the method of early-warning index, this paper establishes a pre-warning system of the real estate market of Guangdong Province. An empirical analysis has been made using data of 2002- 2003, to build the scientific and feasible pre-warning and forecasting system of real estate market, and accelerate the sustained and good operation of real estate economy.
