摘 要: 目的探讨人文关怀在手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法根据手术室的工作特点,制订相应人文关怀教学措施,内容包括:选派优秀带教老师、构建人文关怀的传递链、实施以护生为主导的教学、建立和谐的师生关系等。结果护生转科理论考核平均分为91.2分,技能操作考核平均分为90.8分。护生对手术室护理教学和护长的满意度为100%;对带教老师的满意度为98%。结论人文关怀的临床教学方法对提高带教老师素质,密切师生关系,保证教学质量起到了积极的作用。 Objective To investigate the effect of humanism concern on clinical care education in OR. Method Humanism concern atmosphere, good teaching environment, and harmonious teacher-student relationship were built up, and student-oriented teaching program according to the environment of OR was adopted. Result The education effect of humanism concern was excellent by the students' feedback. Conclusion Humanism concern education can improve the quality of teachers, close the relationship between teachers and students, and guarantee the teaching effect.
