摘　　要： 东亚人群中,汉藏与苗瑶O3-M122的出现频率很高,而侗台与南岛O1-M119的出现频率很高,这说明汉藏与苗瑶有相当近的发生学关系。苗瑶与上古汉语、藏缅语的几个同源词“月亮、土、田地”等可以为此提供有力的证明。 The genetic structure of East Asians shows that both the Sino-Tibetan and the Miao（苗）-Yao（瑶） populations have a remarkably high frequency of the O3-M122, while OI-M119 is found with high frequency among the Daic and the Austronesian populations, indicating that Sino-Tibetan populations and Miao（苗） -Yao（瑶） populations have a closer genetic relationship. The paper examines some basic words such as Moon（月亮）, Soil（土） and Field（田地） in the Miao（苗）-Yao（瑶） languages and compares them with those in old Chinese and Tibeto-Burman, the result of which corroborates the genetic evidence.
