摘 要: 产业结构的调整与优化升级是当前我国城市经济发展过程中面临的重大问题。城市土地资源的合理利用对于城市可持续发展与经济效益、社会效益和环境效益的提高至关重要。根据产业结构演化理论和区位与租值理论,分析了广州市的产业结构现状与城市土地利用结构存在的问题,探讨了城市产业结构优化与土地资源配置之间的相互关系,并就广州市的产业结构优化和城市土地资源合理配置等问题提出了建议。 Industrial structure adjustment and optimization are a basle measure in the current process of economy development in China. Reasonable use of urban land resource is important in improving urban economic performance,social performance and environmental performance,According to the industrial structure evolvement theory,location and lard-renting theory, ln this paper the actuality of industrial structure and the problems of urban land-using in Guangzhou were analyzed,and the relationship between industrial structure optimization and urban land-using allocation were discussed,then some suggestions on optimizing industrial structure and allocating urban land resource appropriately were put forward,
