摘 要: 机械浆造纸中对造纸湿部化学影响最大、最难处理的是白水中溶解物和胶体物质(DCS)。实验通过温水抽提热磨机械浆(TMP)得到白水并对DCS进行参数测定以及成分分析。结果表明,COD_(Cr)、浊度、阳离子需求和Zeta电位主要由胶体物(CS)产生。DCS物质粒径主要分布在两个区域:0.1μm左右溶解粒子约占14%和0.3μm左右胶体粒子约占86%。采用内标气相色谱-质谱联用的方法分析DCS成分,其中松香酸系列含量较高,约占总组分的1/3。 The dissolved and colloidal substances ( DCS ) accumulated in the white water circulation is harmful to the papermaking system especially when using mechanical pulp as the main source. This article analyzed the DCS in the lab-made white water from thermo-mechanical pulp ( TMP ) in. The results indicated that the CODcr, turbidity, cationic demmand and zeta potential mostly come from CS. The particles of DCS distributed in two areas: about 14% at 0. 1μm and 86% at 0.3μm. The abietic acid shared a rather high content of one third in DCS.
