摘 要: 根据高层钢结构的震害和结构模型试验情况,分析了结构的破坏特征和抗震性能,在此基础上确定了高层钢结构的性能水准;结合所确定的地震设防水准,根据建筑物的重要性和使用功能,建立了高层钢结构的性能目标;同时阐述了耗能减震技术与实现性能目标的关系;为实现高层钢结构基于性能的抗震设计奠定基础。 The performance level for the high-rise steel structure is established according to the analysis of the earthquake damages and structural model tests. Combining with the seismic fortification levels, the performance objectives for high-rise steel structure are established according to the importance and functions of the buildings. Finally, the application of energy dissipated and vibration controlled technology is introduced in order to achieve different performance objectives.
