摘 要: 合成钛硅分子筛TS-1,研究了表面负载金属钯、表面硅烷化处理对TS-1催化氧化性能的影响以及TS-1的稳定性和再生性能.结果表明:金属Pd对氧化剂H_2O_2具有显著的分解作用,负载于TS-1表面会导致TS-1分子筛催化氧化活性下降.表面硅烷化处理可以增强TS-1表面疏水性,进而提高其催化氧化活性.TS-1分子筛的失活不是结构崩溃、骨架钛损失或中毒因素引起的,而是其孔道被大分子有机物堵塞所致.采用高温焙烧或H_2O_2溶液洗涤法能疏通失活TS-1分子筛的孔道,使其再生. Titanium silicalite TS-1 was synthesized, the influences of surface Pd loading and surface silylation treatment on catalytic oxidation perfamance, as well as the regeneration performance of the synthesized TS-1 were investigated. The results show that Pd loading lead to decrease of catalytic oxidation activity of TS-1 because Pd has the remarkable decomposability to oxidant H2O2. Silylation treatment to TS-1 surface helps to improve the hydrophobicity and the catalytic oxidation performance of TS-1.Deactivation of TS-1 is not caused by structure collapse of TS-1, loss of framework titanium or catalyst poisoning, but by blocking- effect of the larger organic compounds to mesoporous stucture. The deactivated TS-1 can be effectively regenerated by high-temperature calcination or washing with H2O2 solution.
