摘 要: 采用正交试验研究涂层刀具切削不锈钢材料的参数优化组合,分析了不同切削参数对加工表面质量的影响规律,得出了不锈钢较佳车削加工参数.最后通过实验验证了其正确性. In this study determination of the optimum cutting speed using the Taguchi method, has been aimed when turning stainless steel using cemented carbide cutting tools. The effect machining parameters on the surface quality is analyzed and the optimal machining parameters for achieving the desired surface roughness is obtained. Experimental results are provided to confirm the effectiveness of this approach.
