摘 要: 考察了SnO2/CaO催化剂对二甲醚(DME)催化氧化制碳氢化合物的催化性能及可能的反应机理。结果表明,SnO2负载量为11%时,SnO2/CaO催化剂在275℃~300℃有良好的催化性能;DME转化率在300℃时可达到21.8%,产物甲酸甲酯(MF)和乙二醇二甲醚(DMET)的选择性在275℃时分别可达59.0%和19.1%。XRD结果表明,SnO2/CaO体系催化剂中,活性组分SnO2高度分散于催化剂的表面,仅有少量的SnO2进入了催化剂的体相中。说明活性组分SnO2与CaO载体之间可能形成较好的协同作用,可促进活性氧物种的形成,从而有利于二甲醚催化氧化反应的进行。 The catalytic performance and possible reaction mechanism of SnO2/CaO catalyst was investigated for the Hydrocarbon preparation from catalytic oxidation of DME.It was found that the SnO2/CaO catalyst had well performance from 275℃ to 300℃ when SnO2 loading was 11%.DME conversion rate at 300℃ was 21.8%.At 275℃ the selectivity of MF and DMET was 59.0% and 19.1% respectively.XRD test showed that the active component SnO2 dispersed well on the surface of catalyst,just a little amount of SnO2 entered into the bulk phase of catalyst in the system of SnO2/CaO.Thus,the active component SnO2 was in good cooperation with the carrier CaO.As a result,it may promote the formation of active oxygen species and was good for the DME catalytic oxidation.
