摘　　要： SRAP是一种新近发展的新型分子标记系统,具有简便、高效、便于测序目标片断等特点,已经在多种植物中得到成功应用。本文介绍了SRAP标记的原理、特点,并对其在茶树育种上的应用前景进行了展望。 SRAP is a new technique for molecular marker.It is easy,efficient and facilitated to sequence selected bands.SRAP has applied successfully in several plant species. This paper introduced the SRAP principle and characteristic,and discussed the prospect of the application of SRAP marker in tea breeding.
